What are the services charged by CTS Africa?
We charge for mixed waste collection. CTS Africa facilitates the ubiquitous platform that works together with other sanitation service providers and bring cleans and serene community.

The CTS Africa App pays customer booking for segregated waste?
Yes, when the type of waste is segregated (not mixed up), CTS Provider or CTS Worker pays customer on arrival to collect segregated waste materials.

Does CTS Worker charge for the delivery or it's part of the price?
Yes, delivery is part of the price paid. CTS Africa facilitates the ubiquitous platform that works together with other sanitation service providers and bring cleans and serene. community.

Which payment methods are accepted by CTS Africa?
CTS Africa’s service apps integrate with local and international payment gateways and customer can make payment with default Mobile money service by all telecom provider in Ghana. CTS Africa accepts also VISA and MASTERCARDS.

How long will waste collection take?
Deliveries are normally scheduled, and it’s within the stipulated time where the customer selects it to be.

How secure is shopping in the CTS Africa App? Is my data protected?
This is the ever trustworthy multipurpose app platform authorized by Ghanaians’ to make communities cleaner, create jobs and more to come.

What exactly happens after booking a request?
Once a customer books for segeragated waste collection, CTS Provider is notified, and the booking request is assigned to CTS Worker. Then the system pays you when your segregated wastes is collected by the Worker upon arrival to your location. For example customer may have, paper waste, plastic, metallic, food waste etc. However if customer waste is mixed waste then, customer will pay upfront during booking.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, every transaction is recorded in the user app keeping records of all the waste you bring to the recycling plant.

How do I delete my user account?
In case you want to delete your account on the app, you must fill the form in contact us page for a technical support. Select request type as “User Account Deletion”. See Worker Privacy Policy , Provider Privacy Policy , Customer Privacy Policy

How do I uninstall or delete the app from my phone?
You can uninstall or delete all apps from your phone directly, if you know how to do it. In case you cannot do it then, you must fill the form in contact us page for a technical support.
