Our platform is designed to be simple for everyone. Whether you are putting out your bins at home, managing a collection route, or running a recycling plant — here is your step-by-step guide.

For Consumers (Households & Businesses)
1. Download the CTS Africa App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (free).
2. Register your home or business address.
3. Separate your waste into the provided categories: Mixed waste andsegregated; plastics, organics, paper, glass, and metals, e-waste.
4. A CTS-registered waste collector arrives at your scheduled time. You receive a real-time app notification.
5. The worker verifies your segregated materials, weighs it and payment is made to complete the collection in the Worker App.
6. Reward points are credited to your wallet. Redeem anytime for mobile money (MoMo) -
For Waste Service Providers
1. Register for the CTS Provider service through the Provider App.
2. Complete onboarding — register your company, vehicles, and workers on the platform.
3. Receive automatic job assignments based on your operational area and vehicle capacity.
4. Your workers use the CTS Worker App to navigate to pickup points, verify collections, and log completed jobs.
5. Monitor your team's performance, customer ratings, and operational metrics on your provider dashboard.
6. Receive payment through the platform at agreed intervals. No manual invoicing or payment chasing required. -
For Recycling Partners
1. Contact CTS Africa to discuss your material requirements, waste categories, and intake capacity.
2. Agree on waste types, volumes, and delivery schedules.
3. CTS Africa through its providers delivers pre-sorted, verified waste to your facility on agreed schedules.
4. Digital delivery manifests are shared on the platform for full chain-of-custody transparency.
5. Provide quality feedback through the platform to continuously improve material standards.
